Pain in the Breast can be due to any Lump,Abscess etc.Clinical examination like palpation of the Breast can give a clue.
If no lump is palpable,then it could be due to underlying muscle and chest wall.
X Ray of the chest will give an idea.If this is also normal,then the pain can be due to Musculoskeletal cause.Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside will give relief.
