I Have Been Experiencing Ejaculation Of Semen In The Tip With Out Any Sex

Question: I have been experiencing ejaculation of semen in the tip of penis with out any sex with partner and burning and itching sensation since one month my age is 42
Brief Answer:
Most likely a sexually transmitted disease
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It sounds like the ejaculation you are describing is actually discharge, which is often caused by an infection of the urethra, which can also cause burning and itching. The most common cause of this would be a sexually transmitted disease such as chlamydia or gonorrhea, and so I would recommend that you be tested for these, and if confirmed, you would need to be treated with a course of antibiotics which would normally completely clear the infection.
I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any other questions about that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
I would check for sexually transmitted diseases
Detailed Answer:
The 1-2 pus cells may be normal, but given your symptoms, I would still consider an infection possible, and I would go ahead and check a gram stain of the discharge you are having if possible, and would also check a urine dipstick to look at leukocyte esterase and nitrite to see if there are any signs of infection there. As I said before, I would also check for chlamydia and gonorrhea, normally using a NAAT test, but you would see how they test for these in your area. If the cause is still not clear after these tests, treating in case of an infection with doxycycline (100 mg twice a day for 7 days) would also be an option.
Please let me know if you have any other questions, I'd be glad to help any way I can.

Secretion us not observed for 3 days and itching and burning sensation also improved
Brief Answer:
I would still be tested if you have been sexually active
Detailed Answer:
That's good news, but if you have been sexually active any time in the past few months, or sexually active before this and have not been tested for sexually transmitted diseases since then, I would recommend getting tested to make sure you don't have chlamydia or gonorrhea, and these can sometimes have no symptoms and can still be passed on to others.
