Brief Answer:
Chronic fatigue syndrome possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you are possibly suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome. It is more characteristic in woman of 40-50 years of age.
There is no specific cause of it but it is supposed to be a viral infection causing it.
Also some conditions such hypothyroidism or iron deficiency anemia can cause it.
I can suggest you to do a total blood to check for anemia.
There is no specific treatment for chronic fatigue.
I can suggest you to take any multivitamins included B complex vitamins. Also you can add magnesium.
Increasing exercise and physical activity can be helpful.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
