I Have Been Experiencing General Weakness, Feeling Faint, No Appetite,
Question: I have been experiencing general weakness, feeling faint, no appetite, and more than usual bowel movements since yesterday. I went to an Urgent Care facility yesterday and my vitals were pretty normal. No temp, BP 90/60, pulse was elevated a little. My throat and ears were clear. The PA who examined me suggested it might be a virus. Does that sound reasonable to you?
Clarification: I don’t have diarrhea
Brief Answer:
Yes, likley a viral infection!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.
I have reviewed your details fully. This seems more of a viral infection than something else. Generally, these infections are self limiting and need no specific medical interventions. I will encourage you to monitor your recovery and report any new developments for further review and guidance. Moderate exercise, increased fluids and fruit intake help with speedy recovery.
I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Keep me update.
