I Have Been Feeling Very Off And Weird For The

I went to local doctor yesterday and they took my vitals and said blood pressure was good, heart seemed fine (just listened to on stethoscope), and from just a quick general inspection yesterday did not see anything. He suggested it was vertigo from an ear infection (although there was not much inflammation in my ears) and to wait for a few more days to see if it clears up, and if not take some antibiotics. And then also to pay attention if I feel my heart missing a beat or anything, as that could then signal an issue with the heart.
So that is my plan (to just wait), but wanted to get a second opinion to see if that makes sense and any suggestions about how to speed up recovery? In terms of underlying cause, I originally thought maybe it was something to do with a new apartment I moved into recently (like paint fumes or something) but I have aired out the apartment and often feel good in the morning and have no throat pain, so I am not sure if that is it. Another possibility is that I was in South XXXXXXX last month and got pretty bad altitude sickness when I went pretty high (~16,500 feet) without much prep… was feeling sick for 24 hours but then recovered pretty well I thought.. but maybe this is connected, even though it is about 3 weeks since then. I did ride in a Tesla about a week ago (when I started feeling bad), so maybe that re-triggered something?
Anyway, let me know if waiting to see if ear infection resolves seem to be the best bet, or if you had other thoughts or ideas. Thanks!

Hii. There may be many causes for your symptoms. I will prefer that you should get checked by both Ent surgeon and a physician. Ent surgeon will check for any ear related causes. If required you may need to do some balance related tests. If there is any abnormality in those tests, you may be advised some vestibular rehabilitation tests. On the others hand you need to be thoroughly checked by a physician. If needed get a Ecg and echo cardiogram done to see whether there is any abnormality of the cardiac function. Get some neurological tests done also to see if there is no neurological deficit. After having these tests the proper diagnosis can be made and can be treated accordingly.
