Brief Answer:
Muscular pain likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the back that you are having is more likely to be a muscular pain due to joining the gym recently. Such pains usually subside with rest and a mild pain killer. You can have Alleve after your meals thrice a day and see if ti helps. In case there is a high grade fever or the pain is persistent then do consult your physician for a urine test.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
