Brief Answer:
Probably hypotension, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to hypotension.

Hypotension or low blood pressure can be related to many medical conditions such as hypoglycemia, cardiac problems or bed resting.

So, I would recommend some examinations to confirm the cause of your symptoms.

A complete blood count

Glycemia level

An electrocardiogram

Regular measurements of the blood pressure twice a day for a week

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to drink fluids, eat more salt in your diet and eat small portions frequently.

Walking can also help to regulate the blood pressure.

After the examinations you can contact me again for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further

My BP is usually on the high side. 140-160.. So this was an unusual experience. I really felt I was drifting away. But thank you for your advice. I guess I really should talk to my doctor about this too.
