I Have Been Having Achy Testicles Since Last Night,they Also

Question: I have been having achy testicles since last night,they also feel heavy and tight.they retracted a couple of times aswell. Not sure what It could be.it happened after sitting,the pain is also on the back of my leg right below my butt. I also have had experience with jock itch that I had a bit yesterday.
