Question: I have been having bone pain all over (wrist, shins, forearm, ankle and knees).
The pain is a dull ache lasting minutes at a time. I took an oral steroid for 6 days and during the those six days i did not have the pain.
I have had all type of blood work. Two noticeable issues:
Sedimentation rate (inflammation) is high 20.
White blood count is lower 4.03 vs. my normal rate which is 4.9.
Doctor says because the pain is all over and short bursts it would be hard to know where to take an X-ray or what he is looking for.
Questions: Any ideas on what tests to take? What can be causing the issue.?
