I Have Been Having Neckache/pain And Headaches Over The Last

Question: I have been having neckache/pain and headaches over the last 10-11 days.
4/8/19 Headache after orgasm. Subsided after a minute but did not go away that day.
Headaches continued for a few days which is unusual for me.
4/11/19 called my doctor and expressed my concern on what's been going on.
They said to go to ER. They did a CTA scan, blood work, and medication through IV for headache. CTA scan was ok. Sent me home.
I Have had mild headaches every day since this started and have been taking Aleve and have taken Tylenol too. It has helped to some degree.
4/19/19 This morning I got up and I felt fine for an hour or so but neck pain and headache returned and was quite uncomfortable. The neck ache/pain is at the back of neck mostly on the right side and hurts more when I turn my head to the right and my neck is tight. Also have headache in forehead around eyes. I took an Aleve a few hours ago and it helped but not completed gone. Since the CTA scan ruled out any vascular problem, could this just be a muscular problem or could it be a cervical spine problem. I'm wondering if I should wait it out and continue treating at home or go see my doctor.

Brief Answer:
The problem may be the neck too. Blood pressure changes to consider also.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I have read your query and here is my advice.
Since the CTA ruled out any intracerebral condition that may be linked to your headaches, I think that you should not be worried about anything serious.
Other conditions to consider include unstable blood pressure, occipital neuralgia ( from compression of the upper cervical nerves so, the neck may be involved too).
Discuss with your Doctor for further examinations and treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
