I Have Been Having Random Pain Inner Right Sturnum

Not likely to be a cardiac cause.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
If your stress test and echo are normal then this is not likely to be related to a cardiac cause. The pain near sternum can be related to costochondritis or reflux esophagitis. You need to avoid hot and spicy food and try taking antacids regularly after every meal and see if it improves. For any muscle related cause, rest , hot compress and a mild pain killer or a local analgesic gel should provide relief.
If all these over the counter measures do not help then do consult a physician for a direct examination.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
