I Have Been Having The Feeling Of Wanting To Take

Question: I have been having the feeling of wanting to take a deep breath. I have trouble with heart palpitations already and it will be bothered sometimes after the feeling starts, though sometimes I will have no trouble. I've been having it about a week and it is usually throughout the day.[yesterday I was better, today it is worse. What could this be?.
Brief Answer:
You should see your doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
It is difficult to pinpoint the exact cause without examining in this situation.
However, heart palpitations and trouble breathing mandates a physical examination for heart and/or lung disease. It could be some cardiac arrhythmias or asthma. Hence you should see your doctor for a prompt check-up as a first thing.
When do you experience these symptoms?
During activity or at rest? During the day or do they wake you up at night?
Anything to relieve or provoke it?
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards

I will usually wake up with it, though sometimes it will start midway through or sometimes lessen midway through. My cardiologist tested me with a monitor and it turned out arrhythmia with double beats, but I am not sure if that would cause these exact feelings. I don't find much that relieves or provokes it [I stopped caffeine a year ago]. Is there anything further you could tell me?.
Brief Answer:
I suggest a Holter monitoring
Detailed Answer:
Hi again XXXXXXX
If it wasn't a Holter monitoring (a device you carry that records your heart rhythm for hours to days) I suggest you get one. It definitely seems plausible that the double beats are responsible for your symptoms, but that depends on the frequency of the double beats. Sometimes, treatment with a beta blocker helps.
