Brief Answer:
Try Ibrufen or paracetamol

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in HCM

I can understand your concern

As you say that Robaxin is not helpful than you can take other painkillers such as Ibrufen 400 mg every 6 hours or paracetamol 500 mg every 4 hours.

However it depends on the causative agent of the pain.Usually the above help a lot in muscle or bone pain if you don't have any other other symptoms such as cough or breathlessness

If they will not be helpful as well and if the pain gets worse and lasts for a long time than please contact your doctor to evaluate your situation closely given the fact that you are a diabetic patient.
