I Have Been Having Weird Symptoms For The Last Three
I also need to mention that I have had MRIs of my entire spine with no presentation of lesions. My spine is in good condition and I do not have any bulging discs or herniations.
I will be seeing my new neurologist in a few weeks I’m nervous because I’d feel like I’m probably not going to get answers again. The last neurologist I saw told me that due to my weight that that’s probably why am having issues I am only 200 pounds, said I have migraines and sent me away.
My symptoms just continue. I really need to know what questions to ask at my appointment to get the most out of it.
My primary has mentioned MS multiple times, but says she cannot make that final diagnosis.
Any input would appreciated
I think that MS should be considered and evaluated further.

Hello and welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service.
I have read your query and here is my advice.
I agree with the primary Doctor's opinion that multiple sclerosis should be considered as a possible diagnosis and should be investigated further since your symptoms continue, are repetitive and are affecting different parts of the body.
You should ask your Neurologist when you see him about his opinion regarding these symptoms and MS, and for further necessary examinations in order to achieve a correct diagnosis.
The MS diagnosis is achieved by symptoms, imaging studies ( MRI ) and spinal tap with subsequent examination for oligoclonal bands.
Evoked potentials also may be of help.
If MS is ruled out after such evaluation, stress may play an important role in your symptoms.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
I have the spots but nothing classified as a lesion at this point.
It is possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
There is no single test to diagnose the multiple sclerosis.
There may be no lesions in the MRI of the brain and spine, and the patient may be diagnosed with MS after clinical evaluation, exclusion of other possible conditions and other tests results.
Hope I helped you.
Feel free to discuss with me if you have further questions.
