Brief Answer:
Most probably you will develop sores
Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
If he developed a cold sore right away after performing oral sex most probably you will develop sores on private area. Herpes simplex 1 is not typically sexually transmitted diseases but can be transmitted if you kiss or have oral - genital sex during the outbreak.
So there is an increased probability that you can develop genital sores after having oral sex.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
There is a possibility that you don't get it.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
Of course there are individuals that don't get infection, there is a possibility that you don't get it but it can't be estimated.
If you get the infection you will possibly be without symptoms on your doctor's appointment but you may still do it.
