Brief Answer:
It could be musculoskeletal pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi
CT scan of the Abdomen will diagnose most of the diseases of Appendix,Kidney , Ureter, Ovaries,Uterus, Intestines etc.
As it is normal, next possibility is Musculoskeletal pain.I prescribe Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside to my patients with similar complaints.
If there is no response, you should consult a Surgical Gastroenterologist and ask for Diagnostic Laparoscopy. Here, all abdominal organs can be visualised.
Nothing to worry
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further
Wish you good health and speedy recovery
