Brief Answer:
Problems with intracranial pressure to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor " service.

I have read your query.

These symptoms may indicate problems with intracranial pressure.

Raised intracerebral pressure ( pseudotumor cerebri ) for example, should be considered and evaluated further.

A neurological evaluation by a Neurologist and brain MRI is necessary.

Discuss with your Neurologist for these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
