Question: I have been taking Invega 12mg for about 2 1/2 weeks. I am starting to notice the side effects of dulling of emotions, libido is lower, lust is gone, just an overall dulling of emotional feelings. It feels kinda similar to what I imagine chemical castration would feel like. Is there any over the counter meds that can counteract the dulled emotions and lack of libido? Or any prescription meds to do the same that in could bring up with my psych?
Also what is your opinion on pt-141 and saffron as afrodisiacs?
Also do you think therapeutic amounts of mdma could help with the emotional dulling? There are a few places in my state that prescribe it.

Update: I have found the information I need about the lack of libido being completely counteracted by the pt-141, so disregard the part of my question about finding an afrodisiac for my libido. But 100 units of bacteriostatic water is mixed into the 10mg vial of pt-141 to reconstitute it. I have read to not preload syringes if bacteriostatic water is used for reconstruction instead of sterile water because the bacteriostatic water can eat away at syringes after a period of time. My question regarding this is how long can I safely have a syringe pre loaded if bacteriostatic water is used for reconstitution? Are there any specific syringes I can preload the pt-141 with without worrying about contamination from the bacteriostatic water eating away at the syringe? The injection is a sub-q injection of that helps. The other part of my questions regarding the emotional dulling and mdma possibly helping still remains.

I have read your query and here is my answer.

* The prefilling of the syringe with bacteriostatic water is usually less preferred over the
sterile water ; still one can opt for the same with a time period of around 30 - 60
minutes without worrying.

* I recommend use of insulin syringe for prefilling to get best results.

* So far as MDMA is concerned, it can help to some extent, but one has to titrate the
benefits over the possible side effects as flushing, sweating, tremors, muscle ache and
so forth.

* Pt-141 will affect blood vessels of genitals and desire of libido, but upto which extent
it will give clinical results by existing alteration in brain chemicals via side effect of
current drug would be a question of time.

* My recommendations at present for your case

@ Discuss the issue with your consultant and it may be possible that he may change the
dosage of current medication or molecule for your current clinical condition.

@ Do not opt for OTC medications to boost the sex desire, which will give you transient
spike and then over the period of time, you will be dependent upon those molecules.

Are there any types on syringes that can be prefilled with bactiorstatic water without any fear of contamination? Like a metal syringe or a certain type of insulin syringe with a plastic that won't interact with the bacteriostatic water? Maybe a glass syringe? Please let me know.

I've looked everywhere for an all glass syringe with a 29 gauge insulin needle but can't seem to find one. Might you be able to point me in the direction where I can buy one online?

You will have to use sterile needle of 26 gauge size with 10ml sterile glass syringe, insulin needle you can not get separate.
