Brief Answer:
Quarantine from others....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry to learn that you are COVID-19 positive.

Cough, fever and loss of smell are common symptoms of COVID-19 positive individual. The symptoms should be monitored either at home or a COVID dedicated hospital. Either way, you should be quarantined for a period 14 days. During this course, you will be treated with paracetamol (DOLO) 650mg tablets, vitamin supplements. Cough syrup such as Syp TusQ Dx can be taken if the cough is troubling you.

As long as you are comfortable, don't have rapid breathing, breathing difficulty and chest pain, you shouldn't be overly worried.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
