I Have Been Waking Continuosly For More Than 5 Times
Question: I have been waking continuosly for more than 5 times for the past 2 days. I feel like I haven't slept at all the next morning. I know I snore during sleep, but never have I had such an experience

My height is 170 cm and my weight is 79Kg.
I don't feel much hindrance during my normal breathing and I tried to steam out any blockage using a simple vapourizer yesterday, but it didn't help.
