I have been having this issue for about 4 to 5 months.
I sometimes have pain in my lower back right side, but not at night when I am sleeping, generally when I am sitting down watching tv.
I do work at my desk for half of the day but not all day.
I had my blood work done about 6 months ago and it was normal, but don't have access to my labs.
One doctor mentioned Restless less syndrom but I don't twitch or shake my legs. It's just a annoying sensation in my hips and upper legs.

Hi,
Thanks for the information.
Based on the info you provide, I would recommend you to rule out any lumbar spine pathology. This may need an Xray of the lumbar spine.
If Xray shows some spondylotic changes or disc space reduction. An MRI my be needed then to ascertain the problem and to rule out any pinched nerve.
Nerve compression in the lumbar spine is one of the common causes for the problem you have.
Hope, I answered your query.
Wish you good health.
Regards,
