I Have Been Waking Up With Aches And Extreme Fatigue

Question: I have been waking up with aches and extreme fatigue for some time. Some days I'm fine and other days I can't get out of bed. I also have had a persistent cough for years that comes and goes. I had gone to a specialist for the cough and after many tests for asthma and breathing complications the doctor simply ruled it out as allergies without an actual allergy test being done. I am 24 years old. Eat a healthy diet high in fruits and vegetables, live a generally active lifestyle and aim for 8 hours of sleep a day.

I have also noticed that my arms have been feeling stiff, kind of like the feeling you get when your outside in the cold for long and your fingers are stiff when closing your hands, although this happens almost all the time. aswell as an odd tingling sensation runs through my muscles, particularly my legs and arms.
Brief Answer:
A number of causes
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but this could be due to a number of causes.. I would recommend that you get a check up by performing blood tests for blood glucose level, thyroid hormonal profile , kidney and liver functions and vitamin profile.. This will help exclude diabetes, hypothyroidism, kidney or liver dysfunction and vitamin b12 difficiencies which could cause such symptoms.. of these tests came back normal then you should get an antibody testing for Lyme disease to be excluded.. I hope you find this helpful, if you don’t have any other clarifications then please close the discussion..

I would like to clarify, I am a women also I have recently gotten all my vitals checked aswell as blood, vitamins and what not. everything points to me being healthy. Aso I have gotten Lyme's testing done in the past after I had made a push for it since I was once bit by a tick and that also came out negative. any time I go to the doctors they simply dismiss me with "the flu" and it doesn't seem likely that a young woman with my healthy lifestyle is to be getting the "flu" on a monthly basis. are there any other things that could be causing this?
Brief Answer:
Please attach test results
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma’am, hello again.. since all the previously suggested causes were ruled out then I would recommend that you get a blood test to exclude EB virus infection along with a blood test for the levels of rheumatoid factor and ANA to exclude autoimmune disorders. I would prefer that you attach your test results for me to review.. kind regards
