The probability of cancer is there but no exact percentage is known yet.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
Having blood in stools and urine and also being a smoker in a 63-year-old Female, there is a possibility of having bladder or colon cancer.
Also, being a smoker increases the possibility of having lung cancer and having blood in urine or stools increases more the possibility of having a metastatic form of lung cancer.
Although nothing can be said for sure or with a certain percentage.
If suspecting any abnormalities, you should immediately follow up with some more investigations such as an Ultrasound of the urinary tract, check colonoscopy, complete blood count with peripheral blood smear, a urine analysis, and also an X-ray of the chest.
Taking into consideration this test results you may proceed with MRI or cystoscopy.
Hope I have answered the question. Do discuss with your doctor regarding these.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
