Brief Answer:
Kindly upload images and provide information

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

I would keep a possibility of either Fungal infection or Eczematous dermatitis..I would like to ask you if you have any symptoms like itching?and how long since you have it?
I also request you to kindly upload images of the affected area in "Reports Section" so that I am able to have a look and guide you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antifungal

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
It seems it could be fungal in origin but since you are already using a topical steroid cream i.e triamcinolone acetonide cream therefore it looks modified. Therefore I advice you to stop triamcinolone acetonide because although it would suppress the symptoms it won't cure the infection. I would rather suggest you to take an oral antifungal e.g either itraconazole or terbinafine for 3-4 weeks along with application of a topical antifungal e.g either luliconazole or amorolfine cream, twice daily for 3-4 weeks. In addition you may take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.
Take care.
