Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Spontaneous Bruise can be due to Defects in Clotting mechanism or Deficiency of clotting factors etc. Kindly upload a photo of the bruise so that I am better able to help. Also let me know any other symptoms you are experiencing.

For spontaneous bruising, I will suggest Bleeding time, Clotting time, Prothrombin time,Plasma Thromboplastin time etc. You should consult a Haematologist and. proceed further.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health
