Moebominitis
Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
These bumps are moebmian gland infection, which hasleft a granuloma there.
What you need to do is give it hot foamentation.Put a warm pack over it for 5 minutes.Apply steroid eye ointment over lid margin and massage.Continue with this for about 1 week, you should feel the gland shrinking.

Brief Answer:
Chalzion
Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for getting back to me.
These swellings are called chalzion. They are encountered routinely in our practice. They respond well to treatment and a very small number of them have to be submitted to surgery.
The eye ointment we need is dexamethasone or hydrocortisone, with or without antibiotics. This has to be tried for about a week to assess the improvement.
