I Have Burning And Blood In My Urine. Last Night

Question: I have burning and blood in my urine. Last night I was masterbating using a lotion. I did notice a burning sensation w/ the lotion inside my penis. Today I have urinated three times and at the beginning there is blood in my urine.
This is not a joke -- the blood in light in color and appears at the beginning of the urine stream, and subsides rather quickly as does the burning sensation.
I feel as if I had a reaction that irritated me.

If I simply irritated my urethra, is this something that could go away w/ out prescription medicine or is it likely that I will need antibiotics.

I have just uploaded 5 photos to give an idea of the amount of blood as well as the color.
Brief Answer:
Need urine test

Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query, seen the photos and here is my advice.
Blood in urine could be from many causes including urinary tract infection. Most bleeds stop by themselves. You can let the bleed stop and then drink lot of water to flush any infection out. You can also apply a thick cream (like penaten) in the area to subside any irritation. If irritation does not subside in 2 days, you may need antibiotics. Before proceding with antibiotics, we will need to test urine for routine analysis, microscopy and if needed urine culture and sensitivity.
You will need to see a doctor for prescription for the above tests. After sending urine for culture, you may start antibiotic like cotrimoxazole.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
