Hi,
Thank you for the query. I can understand your concern. According to your statement, you have history of recent fall and broken hip. You are a known case of congestive Cardiac failure (CCF). So, chosing of appropriate painkillers are very vital for your heart condition.
Advil contains ibuprofen that can cause worsening of pre existing hypertension or high blood pressure or development of new hypertension. It can also cause kidney damages, worsening of pre existing heart failure and heart attack or stroke, especially using with aspirin.
Tamarol contains tramadol which can cause confusion, breathing difficulties, decreased blood pressure, decreased heart rate, coma or death especially in patients with congestive cardiac failure.

According to BNF (British National Formulary),
Naproxen is the safer painkiller among the other NSAIDS (non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) in patients with pre existing heart diseases.
So, consult your prescribing doctor to add Naproxen along with your presently using Tylenol with antiulcerants.
