I Have Chronic Fatigue , Muscle Weakness , Insomnia, Urinary
Worsening of the symptoms indicates need for investigations- details below
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask a Doctor service,
I carefully read your query and understand your concern.
The urinary symptoms you are having warrant a urinalysis, urine culture and possibly a prostate examination to rule out urinary and prostate problems. An ultrasound examination may be requested in some patients.
As for constipation, it is very common with age, it can also be a side effect of medications. To help with it, you may take movicol 2 sachets a day and then, when bowels are normal, you may take one XXXXXXX a day. If this is not helping, checks are needed to rule out bowel tumors (colonoscopy may be indicated).
As for the fatigue, weakness and insomnia, tests such as CBC, ERS, TSH, glucose, lipids, electrolytes and a heart ultrasound to rule out heart insufficiently are recommended. The doctor may need to do a neurological examination in the office to rule oit neurological conditions as well.
Finding the cause and treating it is crucial to treat your symptoms.
I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Any new consideration ?

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome back,
Weakness and shortness of breath that is better with resting may be due to heart or lung problems or anemia. This is why it is important to have a heart ultrasound to make sure there is no heart failure. CBC would check for anemia.
If you had a check that ruled out neurological problems as the cause of weakness, this is good.
As for the skin hypersensitivity, do you also get rash? Is it spread or in certain areas? Is there something that makes it worse or that makes it better? For how long have you had this skin problem?
It is important for you to know that both Losartan and tramadol, that you are using, cause some skin problems and you should discuss these with your doctor to see if they are the reason your skin is sensitive.
I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.
