Detailed Answer:
Hii. Please contact an Ent surgeon. There are many causes of tinnitus. The reasons may be due to hearing loss, due to noise exposure and due to ototoxic drugs, any vascular lesions in the ear, middle ear infection eustachian tube dysfunction. So it's always better to go to an entire surgeon and get your hearing checked. If needed you may need to do an endoscopy of nose. If there is any lesion in the ear then you have to get treated accordingly. If this is due to decreased hearing then you have to take a hearing aid and ignore the sound. You have to take less tea, coffee. Avoid XXXXXXX alcohol. Lead a stress free relax life. There is nothing specific treatment for tinnitus for unknown causes. You have to just ignore the sound. But the best decisions for your treatment can be taken by an Ent surgeon. So you please visit an Ent surgeon.
