Can You Review My Health Report?

Question: I have colonoscopy report from last year that I want a second opinion on. My doctor told me I have IBS, but none of the medications he put me on work. Then I went to the ER and found out I had nonspecific colitis with blood work being normal (WBC was 6.0). Yet, he told me it was bacterial with no indications that it was. So my question is should I seek another doctor, and can you review my report?

Answer given below
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
I saw the colonoscopy report.
It is pretty much normal except for grade I hemorrhoids and a diminutive polyp. The histology of the polyp showed it is not cancer and only a benign one.
So as far as colonoscopy is concerned, you have nothing significantly abnormal.
As far as your bowel symptoms are concerned which has been diagnosed as IBS, you can take low FODMAP diet and probiotics.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
