Hello!

Welcome on - Ask a Doctor - service!

I understand your concern and would like to give an helpful opinion; it would be necessary for more information regarding your clinical symptomatology and already performed tests:

Is it cold sweats associated only with high blood pressure values or also when it (BP) is normal.

Do you suffer from any chronic health issue, like thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, kidney disease or are you under any specific therapy?

If you have already performed all blood lab tests and no possible cause is found, I would conclude about Primary Hyperhidrosis.

In such case, I would first recommend treatment with amytriptyline. If this does not help, botolinum toxin injection or surgery (sympathectomy) should be considered.

Hope to have been helpful!
