Question: I have cracked and dry corners on my lips that I am almost certain is angular cheilitis. I read that I should put on chapstick and I did overnight and I noticed that I have small red bumps all over my lips. There are none around my lips, they are all directly on my lips. What is causing the small bumps? They aren't painful or anything yet.

Perhaps the bumps are due to contact dermatitis to the lip balm. I suggest you to use an OTC topical steroid cream e.g Cortisone cream, twice daily. You may take an oral B Complex vitamin supplement once a day for a few days.
