Brief Answer:
Instability to consider further.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service.

I have read your query and here is my advice.

If there is retro-lysthesis, it should be evaluated further for a possible instability at this level.

Dynamic X-rays of the thoracic-lumbar column are necessary for this purpose.

If no instability after such examinations then you could benefit from the conservative treatment possibilities such as physical therapy, antineuralgic drugs use, spinal injections. etc.

Temporary use of spine braces (Three points for example) also may help you to improve.

In case of instability then surgery (stabilization and decompression) may be necessary.

Please discuss with a Spine Specialist about these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
