I Have Daily Migraines. I'm On Topiramate 50mg Twice Daily.
Question: I have daily migraines. I'm on topiramate 50mg twice daily. Could I up my dose to 150mg by taking 2 50mg in the AM and 1 50mg in the PM ( or vice versa?) I can't see my neuro for a few months

On the 2 nd week, the dose can further be increased to 150 mg/gay.
