3 days ago didn’t have any spot type on my forehead now I have developed one. I will send some pics it seems to have got better. I have sat in the sun never usually do before. What’s the best treatment for this? May have got bitten

Why does a insect bite hurt when pressed like a bump? I was worried in case it wasn’t cancer . But come a couple of days back everything was fine and I didn’t have this on my head. I have been soaking the sun plenty of wasps in the garden
