Brief Answer:
Dyspepsia

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I'm Dr. Branch, thanks for using 'Ask a Doctor'. Please let me know if you can tell me more about your symptoms, but generally it sounds like you are suffering from dyspepsia, which can cause a feeling of fullness after eating, epigastric pain and burning. If you are over the age of 60, a scope might be recommended to make sure there is not a serious cause for the symptoms. If you are under the age of 60, and you don't have any other risk factors or concerning symptoms, we would usually try an anti-acid such as omeprazole, and consider testing and treating for a bacteria called H. pylori if you have it.

For IBS, which can cause abdominal bloating and pain, and either constipation or diarrhea, is usually treated based on whether you have constipation or diarrhea, as well as a medication to relax the intestinal muscles such as dicyclomine.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any other questions about that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
