Brief Answer:
A number of causes

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma’am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but dizziness could be due to a number of causes , the most common of which is hypotension, hypoglycaemia and anaemia.. So , I would recommend that take a measure of your blood pressure and get a cbc blood test to exclude anaemia along with a blood test to measure your blood glucose level both fasting and postprandial. I hope you find this helpful..
