Brief Answer:
Need complete evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the report.
Sorry for the delay in my response,
I have gone through the report attached.
The test shows only total cholesterol
Cholesterol test has a complete profile which is called LIPID PROFILE
this includes total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, VLDL TGD, etc these give detailed information on what kind of cholesterol is deranged in you.
The total cholesterol gives only a vague idea that there is problem with cholesterol metabolism.
DO get the LIPID profile and post it here for my opinion.
Regards,

Brief Answer:
High Bad cholesterol
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the report.
I can see now why the total cholesterol is high.
The LDL and VLDL are bad cholesterol which result in blockade of blood vessels supplying the heart and brain which lead to heart attack or stroke.
Small blockades in the peripheral blood vessels can lead to hypertension.
High LDL is considered high risk for heart attack and stroke.
Dietary control of fatty and sugary foods will reduce the LDL levels. There is no specificity in the fat food to be restricted. Overall fat food restriction to 50% of previous consumption amounts would help to get he LDL to normal.
Regular exercise which may account for burning of calories of around 300 to 400 per day would be sufficient to show good results.
Hope, I answered your query.
Wish you good health.

thanks for your reply..
do I need to start any medicine or drug to reduce at this stage as I also have started exercise and also control to consume or restrict fatty food or sugary food although I occasionally consume sugary diet or heavy food. I wish to reduce cholesterol level as possible as natural level so kindly suggest me that without medicine at this level I can reduce cholesterol? and when again I do need to test ?
