female, 34 years. I have skin problem last couple of months. No medication or cream tried....Acne don't come in bouts and all time.. but I have uneven dry skin

You can try ADAPLENE gel , applied daily before bed.

Do not go in sun after applyin the gel.

Avoid oily foods, wash face regularly with ACNELAC soap.
