But I feel I get those dark marks more nowadays if I scartch or even if I get little spot/pimple like marks in my body it become like a little black scar/small keloid(bump) or somthing. Also I get new black spots similar to birth marks but it's not there since my birth. some are symmetrical and others assymetrical. I have excema, ashthma and raynauds condition. I'm worried whether it could be skin cancer?

Brief Answer:
Ecchymoses and moles of no importance
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I reviewed the history and looked at photos you uploaded. I can understand your worry about fear of cancer. But, I do not see any abnormalities. And there is nothing to worry. The bruise or ecchymoses you develop is normal and can occur in anybody with pressure or friction to the skin. The lesion on palm you showed is just a mole. And remember the mole or you say birth mark might occur at any age. The pigmentation or hypermelanosis may be due to tendency and of no importance. However, you may consult the dermatologist personally and have blood investigations to rule out any disease activity.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Regards.

Thank you doctor, just wanted to clarify that my doctor did the following tests and said everything is normal but I'm anemia so take iron tablets.
Neck ultrasound scan
Abdominal ultrasound scan
Chest xray
Lung nuclear medicine scan
U&E
Liver profile
TSH
CRP
Full blood count
ESR
Ferritin
HBa1c
Are these tests enough to rule out skin cancer or any other serious skin disease's please?
