Question: I have exorbitant amounts of pus in my stool. I may have a fissure/fistula and don’t know how long I can go without seeing a doctor or even urgent care - could someone give advise pleas

Pus is suggestive of fact that fighter cells of body are loosing battle against harmful bacteria's.
When an external pathogen like bacteria attacks body;Body sends it's fighter cells there.When these fighter cells are killed in large number pus is formed.
I would suggest you to visit a colorectal surgeon. Get an MRI done to track the path of fissure and get it repaired.
Type of surgery depends on the length(tract of fistula/fissure).
So answer is don't waste time consult the surgeon and get it corrected sir.

Nothing else required.
Fever,malaise,fatigue,High pulse, low blood pressure, Cold extremities are some symptoms which if present rush to Emergency room.

This depends on the Standard operating procedure of hospitals in different countries.

After CTScan, emergency room dr said I had Colitis and gave me antibiotics with followup referral to Colorectal surgeon, but since leaving my stool has changed to 100%25liquid and bright yellow. is this still consistent with dr%E2%80%99s diagnosis?
