Question: I have experienced weight gain, my hands tingle and I feel dizzy. I have vision loss with eye floaters and have had constant congestion in my sinuses for over a year. On top of burning in my mouth and constant fatigue. I have had multiple ct scans and an mri if my head, all came back clear.

Brief Answer:
May be chronic fatigue

Detailed Answer:
hi
these may be inter related to chronic fatigue.
it may be possible that these may be part of this syndrome,
i hope all basic investigation s have been done to rule out infections, diabetes, thyroid disorders.
in these conditions we use medications like pregabalin, gabapentin, duloxetine, which help to some extent, I went through your reports , most are ok however the ANA test is positive , in such a case we need to assess the tests further by checking your ENA also which will tell us which particular anti body is positive, I will also need to see inflammatory markers like ESR and CRP.
these further tests are required because your ssymptoms dont particularly fit with a positive ANA.
so that's my suggestion.
