Question: I have fatty liver since 4 years. I have attached my reports, please review and let me know if anything serious?
I consulted hepatologist, he prescribed evitol, obstela 5 mg and providac.

My psychiatrist gave me lonazep 0.25 and methodam 200. Can I take these medications along with above medication.

I worrying constantly about liver, please help me

You have only grade I fatty liver.
It is a simple fatty liver without any damage to the liver.
The ALT of liver function is just out of range which is not very significant.
The fibroscan shows a kPa of 4.5 which indicates the liver is not scarred.

As far as the risk factors of fatty liver are concerned, some of them are obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol and alcohol intake.
Your BMI is 24.4 which indicates you are not obese.
Your blood glucose is in the prediabetic range.
Your LDL is only slightly out of range.
If you are drinking alcohol, you need to stop it.

You can continue the medications prescribed by your doctor.
Do exercise regularly.

There are no adverse interactions between the various medications you are taking.

I have IBS. No oily stool and no bad smell. I did stool routine test which came normal. I have this from more than 2 months
