Question: I have felt dizzy and lightheaded for about 2 weeks now. I also occasionally have migraines and shortness of breath. My temperature is normal.

I have asthma, IBS, and idiopathic hypersomnia.

In view of above details, I suggest you to get your routine blood work done including blood sugar, electrolytes, KFT and complete blood counts. I also suggest you to drink atleast 3 litre water per day. As you history suggests no specific cause of dizziness, good hydration frequently improves lightheadedness.
