may have an urinary tract infection
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
Fever, chills/shakes, elevated pulse, headache, abdominal pain, increased urinary frequency, are in keeping with an urinary tract infection. Headaches occur as part of many different types of infections.
This would require a course of antibiotics, in most cases 5 to 7 days. Fluid intake would be increased in an effort to flush the kidneys.
Cranberry products would also be helpful. Paracetamol/tylenol would help with the fever, chills, stomach pain and headache
The irritation of your eyes and runny nose are not usually found in urinary tract infections and while everyone presents differently, it is possible that is related to rhinoconjunctivitis which is inflammation/irritation of the eyes and nasal passages.
This can occur with different possible causes including: infection, allergies, side effect of medication , hormonal ,hypothyroidism
In addition to the antibiotics that you may need if the urinary tract infection is confirmed by an in office urine test.
The use of an oral antihistamine/decongestant eg zyrtec d, allegra d, claritine d etc would be helpful with these symptoms
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
