Brief Answer:
Carpal tunnel syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you may have carpal tunnel syndrome that mainly occurs at night with tingling and numbness of the fingers.
It is caused by the narrowing of carpal tunnel where median nerve runs.
It is mainly caused by repetitive motion during work, hypothyroidism, obesity, rheumatoid arthritis or diabetes.
Antinflamatory drugs such advil can help reduce inflammation and improve symptoms.
You should stop doing repetitive motion and take rest and do stretching and physical therapy.
Corticosteroid can help if you still continue with it.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
