Brief Answer:
Regarding fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Recurrent tinea is common if you were using an OTC antifungal+steroid combination cream like the one you mentioned (Lobate-M cream). So kindly refrain from using creams with steroid content.
I suggest you take an oral antifungal e.g either Terbinafine 250mg (Tab Zimig) Or Itraconazole 100mg (Cap. Sporonox), once daily. You might require a longer treatment course of 4-6 weeks. In addition, I suggest you use a plain antifungal cream e.g either Luliconazole 1% cream (Lulifin cream) Or Eberconazole 2% cream (Ebernet cream), twice daily for 4 weeks. For itching, I suggest you take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once every evening for a few days.

Hope I have answered your query.
