I Have Genital Fungus The Previous Occasion. I Was Treated

reduce heat, moisture, friction, use oral and topical antifungals
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
Fungal infections can be difficult to treat. They respond slowly to medication.
Heat, friction and moisture tend to be breeding grounds for these infections and this is the reason that they are more likely to occur in the groin or axilla or under the breasts in women.
Treating all aspects of these aggravating factors would help.
Reducing heat by using cool or non restricting clothes.
Friction can be treated by preventing the surfaces from coming into contact with each other. Barrier creams such as zinc based creams or petrolatum would help here.Triple paste ointment which contains both zinc and petrolatum, would be a good option.
It can sometimes be difficult to treat the moisture aspect but the use of antifungal powders which would help treat the fungus and help with drying, may be an option eg miconazole powder or desenex powder.
Finally , you would need another course of an oral antifungal such as the fluconazole. Other options would be terbinafine or itraconazole.
Summary: (1) keep the area dry, cool , reduce friction
(2)use antifungal powder and barrier cream
(3)oral antifungal medication course
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
