Brief Answer:
It means you have active hepatitis B

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It means you have active hepatitis B, with some activity. It is good that you are receiving treatment to lower your risk of evolving to a chronic carrier state. Keep up with the controls, and you may clear the infection and have a normal life expectancy.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
It is probably related to your treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

I find it most likely related to your treatment. The ultrasound (fibroscan) is without cirrhosis, but it shows some acute inflammation. Altogether I think the results are good but you should consult your treating gastroenterologist for a time frame regarding hepatitis treatment.

Thanks.
